Thanks to a successful portfolio career, I have provided support to businesses and leaders across many industries and developed a diverse set of business skills.

Customer Service & Relationship Management
I have developed an excellent telephone and email manner and also have experience working front of house in both showrooms and receptions and on exhibition stands. In addition, I am an experienced account manager who is adept at order processing and customer nurturing. .
Product Development & Project Management
I have a solid understanding of product development including basic engineering and fabrication knowledge. I also have an appreciation of manufacturing workflows and production models.
As a project manager, I have developed strong stakeholder management skills and work closely with clients, colleagues and external contractors to ensure expectations are managed and deliverables are met. Over the years I have worked with a host of professionals including marketing managers, facilities managers, retail landlords, planning officers, shop fitters, architects and interior designer on both one-off projects and national roll out programmes.
I am also familiar with a host of SaaS platforms, including Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp and Asana. I have completed Chartered Institute of Marketing training courses in successful product management. I am currently completing online CPD and training to become a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP).
Finance Admin & Reporting
I have used several cloud accounting platforms, including Sage and Xero, as well as tools such as Receipt Bank. I am familiar with inventory; purchase orders; expenses; accounts payable, invoicing, credit control, budget management and review. I am also confident in producing and analysing sales and P&L reports.
People & Office Management
I have worked under the guidance of HR & Health & Safety experts to ensure that a company’s policies, processes, training programmes and culture is such that it safeguards the people in an organisation and protects the ongoing interests of the business.
I am also an experienced CharlieHR user who uses the platform for attendance and holiday entitlement records; personnel records and letters; reviews & appraisals; and staff handbook and policy updates.
ICT and Databases
I am a technology troubleshooter and an Office 365 Administrator who alongside outlook administration has established remote working protocols using Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint. In addition, I am a confident database manager who has worked with a number of databases including Microsoft Access, Hubspot, Salesforce and DonorFlex. I have also worked with custom MIS databases.
I am an experienced user of a number of SaaS platforms including Slack, DropBox and Google Drive.
Website Design & Maintenance
I am proficient in building and maintaining WordPress websites using mobile-first principles. I have a basic understanding of UX best practice, accessibility, HTML and CSS.
Social Media & PR
I am proficient in HootSuite and familiar with a wide range of social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. I have produced content plans across numerous industries and sectors. I also write blogs, case studies and press releases with several industry published articles and advertorials.
GDRP & Email Marketing
I have a solid understanding of GDPR in terms of recruitment, HR, electronic communications and newsletter subscriptions; I am an Intermediate level Mailchimp user.
Graphic Design for Print
I am an advanced Adobe Creative Suite user who works in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. I have designed digital assets for web and social media. I have also designed logos; corporate stationery; promotional print; catalogues & brochures; vehicle graphics; signage; exhibition stands; and large format graphics such as building wraps and hoarding.
I am an advanced desktop publisher familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, inc. Google Forms. Confident producing letters and reports, presentation stacks and spreadsheets.
